Shipping & Return Policy

Nairobi: Orders are delivered in 1 to 2 business days (Does not apply to weekends and public holidays).

Outside Nairobi (Within Kenya): Delivery takes 3–5 business days.

Orders placed over the weekend are processed from Monday. Delivery times may vary during holidays, product launches, or restocks.

Once your order is placed, we’ll provide an estimated delivery date based on your selected shipping option and product availability.

• Within Nairobi: KES 250

• Outside Nairobi (Within Kenya): KES 400

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re here to assist. Please see our Replacement Policy below.

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@trunaturals.co.ke within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We’ll offer a replacement (subject to availability) or store credit equal to the value of the affected product.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Replacements or credit requests submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

To cancel an order, please email info@trunaturals.co.ke as soon as possible.

Cancellations are only possible before the order has been processed or shipped. Once your order is in transit, it cannot be canceled.
